Withdrawals

Getting your PKR winnings out

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal section. Select your preferred method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer etc.), enter the amount in PKR and confirm the request. Withdrawals go back to the same payment method you used to deposit.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Withdrawal status updates in your account history — log in to check the current status of any pending withdrawal.

Common reasons include: identity verification is pending on your account; there is an active bonus with wagering requirements not yet met; the withdrawal amount exceeds the daily limit; or the request is in the normal processing queue. If it has been more than 24 hours beyond the expected processing window, contact support with your transaction reference.

Yes. Live in-play betting is available on cricket matches. Odds update in real time during the match — you can bet on next ball, over outcomes, wickets and match winner while the game is ongoing. In-play markets are available in the Sports section when a qualifying match is live.

Bets are settled once the relevant market result is confirmed — typically within a few minutes of the match ending or the specific event concluding. Winnings are credited to your PKR balance automatically after settlement. You can view settled bets and credited amounts in your account's bet history.

Settlement rules for abandoned or interrupted matches follow the betting rules displayed on the relevant market. In most cases, if a match does not achieve the minimum balls/overs needed for a result, bets are voided and stakes are returned.
